You are invited  to experience a workout for the face with our Sculptural Face Lift Massage aka the Buccal Massage / Intra Oral Massage.

This non invasive and rejuvenating treatment combines facial  lymphatic drainage massage,  osteopathic and deep tissue massage techniques to bring about deep and profound changes in the musculature of the face. 

 

The treatment focuses in particular on the jawline, cheekbones and eye areas as well as the chewing muscles inside the mouth.  Deep rhythmic movements tighten the skin and tone the underlying musculature, reducing expression lines and wrinkles, lifting sagging jowls and sculpting the jaw and cheekbones.

Intra Oral massage* techniques are also performed, accessing the deeper layers of the chewing muscles and ligaments to improve muscle elasticity and tone, whilst also relaxing deep and surface tension, allowing for a more natural facial posture.

The advanced massage techniques improve blood and lymphatic circulation by increasing the supply of nutrients to the cells, reducing puffiness and stagnation and leaving the skin glowing and rejuvenated.

Each treatment will begin with a neck, chest and shoulder massage, which allows for a greater release in the facial muscles, releasing you from that anchoring tension and allowing your heart to shine!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your beautiful treatment will begin with a hot towel compress and a luxurious double cleanse, replenishing oils and balms will be used for your advanced facial massage dependent on your skin's needs on the day.  Gua Sha or cupping may also be incorporated to your treatment if needed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS​

​

There are certain conditions which would make buccal massage unsuitable;

​

• Active infections, wounds or scratches

• Active cancer

• Recent bruising to the face

• Recent facial surgery - please choose the lymphatic facial)

• Pregnancy

• Rosacea (please choose the lymphatic facial)

• Botox - please wait at least 2 weeks, preferably 4.

• Fillers - please wait at least 6 months and always check with your injector

GOOD TO KNOW

 

Typically, a series of 4 to 6 weekly treatments are recommended, followed by monthly maintenance treatments thereafter. Although you will see results after your first session the results are cumulative,  as with anything longer lasting results will be achieved with consistency.
