Everyone is different, and as such, each treatment will be tailored to your individual needs, and as a Dr Vodder qualified Lymphoedema Therapist you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

The Dr Vodder technique of MLD is very different to a traditional massage. Your therapist uses specific movements to stimulate your lymphatic system, relieving oedema and inflammation, shifting cellular waste and leaving you feeling lighter and freer. The treatment can be extremely gentle and targeted, but don’t be fooled, just because the pressure might be light, it doesn’t mean that things aren’t happening underneath the skin!

It is important to note that Lymphoedema should only be treated by a qualified Lymphoedema Therapist, always check that your therapist is fully qualified in this field before starting treatment. You can rest assured that I have successfully completed all the required training for Lymphoedema management.
