A gentle, non invasive facial combining lymphatic drainage and massage techniques designed to improve blood and lymphatic circulation,  increasing the supply of nutrients to the cells, reducing puffiness and stagnation and leaving the skin glowing and rejuvenated, resulting in a more lifted and sculpted appearance.

 

Intra Oral massage* techniques are also performed, gently accessing the deeper layers of the chewing muscles and ligaments to improve muscle elasticity and tone, allowing for a more natural facial posture.

Each treatment will begin with a neck, chest and shoulder massage, which allows for a greater release in the facial muscles, releasing you from that anchoring tension and allowing your heart to shine!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your beautiful treatment will begin with a hot towel compress and a luxurious double cleanse, replenishing oils and balms will be used for your facial massage dependent on your skin's needs on the day.  Gua Sha or cupping may also be incorporated to your treatment if needed.

There are certain conditions which would make buccal massage unsuitable;

​

• Active infections, wounds or scratches

• Active cancer

• Recent bruising to the face

• Recent facial surgery - please choose the lymphatic facial)

• Pregnancy first trimester

• Rosacea (please choose the lymphatic facial)

• Botox - please wait at least 2 weeks, preferably 4.

• Fillers - please wait at least 6 months and always check with your injector

• Surgery or any invasive treatment such as IPL laser etc

• Recent microneedling or peels

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO LED

• Epilepsy or Seizures triggered by light

• Poryphyria

• Lupus Erythematous

• Polymorphic Light Eruption

• Photosensitive Eczema

• Hypomelanism (Albinism)

• Active Cancers

• Taking Auranofin & Azathioprine for Arthritis

 

PRECAUTIONS

The use of certain medications can induce photosensitivity to LED and should not be taken for 5 days before treatment:

• Isotretinoin

• Roaccutaine
