Refund Policy
for Online Programs
No Refund Policy
Students acknowledge that upon enrolment and payment, they are granted immediate access to proprietary educational materials, intellectual property, training content, and resources contained within the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ Practitioner Training Course.
Due to the digital nature of the Course and the immediate delivery of confidential information, techniques, methodologies, downloadable resources, and educational content, all course purchases are final.
No Change of Mind Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
-
Change of mind.
-
Change in personal circumstances.
-
Lack of time to complete the Course.
-
Failure to complete the Course.
-
Dissatisfaction arising from a student's failure to engage with Course content.
-
Business, financial, or employment circumstances.
-
Technical issues arising from a student's own device, internet connection, or software.
Access to Course Content
Once payment has been received and access to the Course has been granted, the value of the product is deemed to have been delivered.
Students acknowledge that they have received access to proprietary intellectual property and educational materials immediately upon enrolment and therefore waive any right to a refund except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a student is entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, such rights will apply.
Refund Requests
Any request relating to Course access or exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to the Course provider for review. Any consideration of such requests is entirely at the discretion of the Course provider unless otherwise required by law.
This version is strong while still complying with Australian Consumer Law by including the
necessary carve-out that statutory rights cannot be excluded. That sentence is important
because a blanket 'no refunds under any circumstances' policy is generally not enforceable in Australia.
Exceptional Circumstances
The Course provider understands that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise.
In genuinely exceptional circumstances, a student may submit a written request for special consideration.
Examples may include:
-
Serious illness or injury that significantly impacts the students ability to participate in the Course.
-
A significant family emergency.
-
Other unforeseen circumstances beyond the student's reasonable control.
-
Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
The Course provider may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative solution, including:
-
An extension of Course access.
-
Deferred commencement to a future intake.
-
Temporary suspension of access with reinstatement at a later date.
-
A partial refund.
-
Another reasonable accommodation deemed appropriate to the circumstances.
Submission of a request for special consideration does not guarantee approval of a refund, extension, deferral, or any other remedy.
All decisions regarding exceptional circumstances are made at the sole discretion of the Course provider, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
Our intention is always to work with students fairly and compassionately. If unexpected
circumstances arise, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss appropriate options and support.
