Intellectual Property, Confidentiality & Course Use

Agreement
As a condition of enrolment in the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ Practitioner Training Course ('Course'), all students agree to the following terms.

Intellectual Property
All Course materials, videos, demonstrations, manuals, worksheets, handouts, techniques, treatment protocols, training content, assessments, graphics, images, presentations, educational resources, and proprietary methodologies provided within the Course are the exclusive intellectual property of the Course creator and owner of the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method.

The name Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ is a registered trademark and may not be reproduced, used, adapted, or referenced for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

All Course materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Enrolment in this Course grants the student a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course materials solely for their own professional education and clinical practice.

 

No ownership rights are transferred to the student.

Confidentiality
Students acknowledge that the Course contains proprietary information, clinical approaches, treatment methodologies, techniques, educational content, business systems, and intellectual property developed through substantial professional experience, research, training, and clinical practice.

Students agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Course content and not disclose, reproduce, distribute, publish, share, or communicate any Course materials or proprietary information to any third party without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses
Students must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, licence, or exploit Course materials in any form.

• Record, screenshot, photograph, download, duplicate, or share Course content beyond their own personal use.

• Share login credentials or provide Course access to any other individual.

• Present Course content, methods, techniques, or materials as their own intellectual property.

• Create derivative works based on the Course materials or methodology.

• Teach, train, mentor, supervise, coach, or certify others using any part of the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method.

• Incorporate Course materials into any educational program, workshop, training, certification, retreat, membership, coaching program, masterclass, or continuing education offering without written permission.

 

 

Clinical Application Permitted

Students are encouraged and permitted to apply the principles and techniques learned within the Course directly within their own professional client practice.

 

Completion of this Course grants permission to utilise these skills with clients as part of professional treatment services only.

 

Students are not authorised to teach, certify, licence, sublicense, train, mentor, supervise, or commercially exploit the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method for educational purposes.

 

Online Platforms and Digital Distribution
Students acknowledge that all Course content is proprietary and confidential.

Students must not upload, host, distribute, reproduce, display, stream, transmit, or otherwise make available any part of the Course content on any online platform, including but not limited to:​

 

• Online course platforms (including Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, LearnWorlds, Udemy, Moodle, and similar platforms)

• Membership websites

• Coaching programs

• Facebook groups or online communities

• YouTube

• Instagram

• TikTok

• LinkedIn

• Personal websites or blogs

• Shared cloud storage services

• Online learning portals

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, training models, or content-generation platforms

• Any public or private digital learning environment

Students may not incorporate, adapt, translate, repurpose, recreate, restructure, or package any part of the Course content for use within their own educational products, workshops, programs, memberships, certifications, or training services.

Social Media and Content Sharing
Students are welcome to share their personal experience of participating in the Course on social media.

​

However, students must not:

 

• Post screenshots, screen recordings, videos, photographs, downloads, worksheets, manuals, presentations, quizzes, or Course materials.

• Demonstrate, teach, explain, reveal, or reproduce any proprietary techniques, treatment sequences, frameworks, methodologies, or educational content taught within the Course.

• Record or distribute videos of demonstrations or practical instruction.

• Create tutorials, educational videos, courses, webinars, workshops, masterclasses, or social media content derived from the Course materials.

• Represent the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method or Course content as their own work.

 

Students may discuss general concepts and their personal learning experience provided such content does not disclose confidential information, proprietary methodology, or any substantial aspect of the Course content.

We love seeing students share their learning journey and celebrate their progress online. We simply ask that Course content, demonstrations, techniques, and proprietary teaching materials remain private and are not shared, reproduced, or taught to others without written permission.

Non-Competition and Derivative Works

Students agree that they will not create, market, sell, licence, deliver, or otherwise offer any course, workshop, certification program, training program, educational product, digital resource, or continuing education program that substantially reproduces, imitates, adapts, derives from, or is based upon the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method or Course materials.

Completion of this Course grants permission to apply the method within client treatments only and does not grant any teaching, certification, sublicensing, intellectual property, or educational rights.

No Certification or Training of Others
Students acknowledge that completion of this Course does not authorise them to:
 

• Train other practitioners in the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method.

• Deliver workshops, courses, seminars, mentoring, supervision, or coaching based on the Course content.

• Certify, assess, endorse, or qualify others in the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method.

• Use the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ name, trademark, branding, teaching materials, or methodology for educational purposes.

Any educational use requires prior written permission from the owner of the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ trademark.

​

 

Breach of Agreement

Any breach of this Agreement may result in:

​

• Immediate removal from the Course without refund.

• Suspension or termination of access to Course materials.

• Revocation of future access to training programs.

• Legal action to protect intellectual property rights.

• Claims for damages, legal costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Acknowledgement

By enrolling in and accessing the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ Practitioner Training Course, I acknowledge and agree that:
 

• I have read and understood this Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Course Use Agreement.

• I agree to comply with all terms contained within this Agreement.

• I understand that all Course materials and methodologies remain the property of the Course owner.

• I understand that my enrolment grants a licence for personal professional education and clinical application only.

• I understand that I may use these skills within my own client practice but may not reproduce, distribute, teach, certify, commercialise, or otherwise exploit the Functional Lymphatic Drainage by Lymphatica™ method or Course materials without prior written permission.
